A booking link for friends, not clients
Scheduling links were built for sales calls. This one is for "let's catch up": your real free time, a slot they pick, a calendar invite for both of you.
How it works
- Connect a calendar once. The link only ever offers times you are free, inside the hours and days you allow.
- Share your link. It lives in your profile. Send it to the friend who keeps saying "we should catch up".
- They pick a slot. No account for them. Both of you get a calendar invite, and they get a private link to cancel if life happens.
Why friends need one too
The back-and-forth to find a coffee slot is the same whether it is a client or a college roommate, and the roommate is the one who never gets booked. A booking link removes the four texts in the middle. It is not a sales tool with meeting types and routing forms; it is your free time, one tap from a friend's phone.
Coordinating more than two people? A group availability poll handles that; a booking link is for one person picking a slot with you.
Questions
How is this different from Calendly?
It reads your calendar the same way, and guests book without an account the same way. The difference is who it is for: no meeting types, no routing forms, and the booking lands as a plan with a person, not a lead.
Can a guest cancel?
Yes. Every booking comes with a private manage link. Cancelling frees the slot and lets the host know.
Where do I get my link?
In SparkChat, open your profile and choose "My booking link". Connect a calendar once and the link only ever offers times you are free.
Is my calendar visible to guests?
No. Guests see open slots, never event names or who you are meeting.
