How it works
- Pick the window. A title, the days, and the hours that make sense. Up to two weeks, in hour or half-hour cells.
- Send one link. Text it, drop it in the chat, or show the QR. Nobody signs up; they tap the times they can make and leave a first name.
- Watch it fill in. The grid gets warmer where more people are free and the best slot floats to the top. Lock it in from your private results link.
What makes this one different
The grid is a When2meet grid on purpose: people already know how to use it. The difference is around it. It works on a phone, respondents can come back and change their answer, the host gets a private link to see every name and lock in a time, and closed polls show the decision instead of a stale grid.
If the group is on SparkChat, members who share their calendar show up already painted in before anyone taps a cell, and the winning time turns into a plan with a place attached. That part is optional; the poll works fine for a group that never installs anything.

When2meet is free and fast and its grid is the reason everyone understands availability polls; its pages are hard to read on a phone and there is no way to edit an answer from another device. Questions
Do my friends need an account to answer?
No. The link opens a grid in any browser. They tap the times they can make, type a first name, and save. An email is optional and only used if the host wants to send the final invite.
How is this different from When2meet?
The grid works the same way, on purpose. The difference is what happens around it: the page works on a phone, respondents can come back and edit, the host gets a private results link, and if the group is on SparkChat their free time fills in from their calendars before anyone taps a cell.
How long can a poll cover?
Up to 14 days, with 30 or 60 minute cells between the hours you choose. Long windows make the grid harder to read, so a week is the sweet spot.
Can I close the poll or delete it?
Yes. Creating a poll gives you a private results link. From there you can lock in a winning time, pick a different slot than the most-voted one, or delete the poll and every answer with it.
What happens to the data?
A poll stores the title, the dates, and the first names and times people entered. Nothing is sold or shown to anyone without the link. Delete the poll and it is gone.
