Turn-based · in the chat
Thirty games your group chat can play
Every game is turn-based and lives in the chat as a card. Nobody has to be online at the same time, and the finished game stays as a keepsake.
Flagships
2 players8-BallThe GamePigeon table, played at your own pace. Aim, pull, release; the balls roll the same way on every phone because both sides run the same physics.2 players9-BallFaster than 8-Ball: nine balls, lowest ball first, and the game ends the moment the nine drops.2 to 8 playersDraw TogetherThe artist draws in batches, the group guesses as the sketch grows, and the drawing itself is what the chat keeps.2 playersSea BattleTwo 10×10 boards, the classic fleet, and the GamePigeon rule that a hit earns you another shot.
Board games
2 players · play hereFour in a RowSeven columns, six rows, gravity. Drop a disc, wait for theirs, repeat until someone lines up four.2 players · play hereGomokuGo stones, Connect-4 patience. Overlines count, the board is big, and the game lives in the chat.2 players · play hereReversiThe standard center setup and the standard rules. Place to flip, or pass only when you truly cannot.2 players · play hereCheckersCaptures are forced, multi-jumps ride one move, kings step in every diagonal direction. No house rules.2 players · play hereChessEvery rule that matters at home-game level, and no clock. The card in the chat shows whose move it is.2 players · play hereDots & BoxesThirty boxes. Every edge you draw is a small gift or a small trap, exactly like the notebook version.2 players · play hereMancalaScoop a pit, sow the seeds, skip the other store, and hope the last one lands in yours.2 players · play hereFillerYou cannot pick your own color or your opponent’s current one, which is where all the strategy lives.
Cards and words
2 playersCrazy 8Seven cards each, a flipped starter, and the eight that changes everything. Your hand is only ever on your phone.2 playersAnagramsLength squared means one seven-letter word beats a pile of threes. Finish when you are done; the reveal waits for both of you.2 playersWord HuntAdjacent letters, no reuse inside a word, and a scoreboard that only reveals the words at the end.2 playersWord BitesSome tiles are single letters, some are pairs. Building around the pairs is where the big scores hide.2 players20 QuestionsThe thinker locks in a word. The guesser asks, the thinker answers yes, no, or sometimes, and every wrong guess costs a slot.
Aim and physics
2 playersDartsDrag to aim, release to throw. Every throw lands with a little wobble, and the highest total after the last dart wins.2 playersArcheryThe wind changes after every arrow and stays on the board for the next shooter, so each shot is a small calculation.2 playersBasketballPower is everything: charge too little and it is short, too much and it rims out. A fixed number of shots each.2 playersCup PongThe only open-ended aim game: it ends when a rack is cleared, not after a fixed number of throws.2 to 4 playersMini GolfEvery course is seeded fresh: tee at the bottom, cup somewhere in the upper half, bumpers in between. Putt when you have a minute.2 playersShuffleboardPower 80 reaches the edge exactly. Everything after that is nerve.2 playersKnockoutAlternating flicks instead of a simultaneous brawl. The risk is the same: the farther you aim, the likelier you slide off the rim.2 playersPaintballThree paintballers a side, a breeze that changes, and splat radius that does not care whose side you are on.2 playersTanksThe one GamePigeon game that was already turn-based, ported faithfully: terrain, wind, craters, and damage that falls off with distance.
Party games about us
2 to 8 players · play hereInside WordSet a word only your friends would get. Everyone guesses on their own board; the comparison wall at the end shows who cracked it fastest.3 to 8 playersEnough About UsThe subject writes the real answer. Everyone else writes a lie good enough to get votes. Then the reveal.3 to 8 playersGroup ConnectionsThe curator builds the grid from the group’s own lore. Everyone else sorts it, four at a time, on their own board.3 to 8 playersVibe CheckNo model writes about a named person. Cards are self-authored, the reveal is counting, and the result is a group archetype you will argue about.
Questions
Are these GamePigeon games?
They are the same catalog people know from iMessage, rebuilt for any group chat and adapted honestly to turn-based play where the original was real-time. Each page says what changed.
Can I play without the app?
A handful play here in the browser, pass-and-play on one screen, and the custom Wordle makes a share link. The rest need the group chat, because the group is the point.
