Questions about Dots & Boxes
Do I keep my turn after closing a box?
Yes, every time, including chains of boxes.
Do we need to be online at the same time?
No. Every SparkChat game is turn-based and asynchronous. The board sits in the group chat; you make your move when you open the chat, and everyone else sees it land there.
Where does the game live?
Inside the group chat as a live card. Tap it to open the board, play, and close it. The card updates for everyone the moment a move lands, and the finished game stays in the chat as a keepsake.
