Seven cards each, a flipped starter, and the eight that changes everything. Your hand is only ever on your phone.
How Crazy 8 plays
- Play a card matching the discard’s rank or the current suit, or any eight (and name the next suit).
- No play? Draw one card; that is your turn. An empty stock reshuffles the discards.
- Hand sizes are public; the cards themselves are not.
How it ends. First empty hand wins. Stuck games end by fewest cards after 300 moves.

Can the other player see my cards?
No. Only card counts are public; the deck never leaves the server.
Do we need to be online at the same time?
No. Every SparkChat game is turn-based and asynchronous. The board sits in the group chat; you make your move when you open the chat, and everyone else sees it land there.
Where does the game live?
Inside the group chat as a live card. Tap it to open the board, play, and close it. The card updates for everyone the moment a move lands, and the finished game stays in the chat as a keepsake.
