How the countdown works
- Name what you are counting down to and pick the date and time.
- The card shows the days left; tapping adds hype the whole group sees.
- On the day it flips to today and stays in the chat.

Does it use my time zone?
The target is stored as an exact moment, so everyone sees the same countdown regardless of where they are.
Where does a widget live?
In the group chat, as a live card everyone can tap, and on the group’s board when someone pins it. Both surfaces show the same object; a change on one lands on the other instantly.
Does everyone in the group need the app?
To use the widget in the chat, yes. Several widgets also have a browser version on this site that works with no account, linked from this page when one exists.
