Who is in, and what are they bringing

In, maybe, out. Optional bring-items people claim. The card is the head count.

Try it without the app

The browser version does the same job with no account: One link for the hangout, with the map already on it.

How the rsvp works

  1. Name the event and, optionally, when replies close.
  2. Everyone taps in, maybe, or out; bring-items can be claimed.
  3. The card shows the faces and the count.

Questions about the rsvp

Can guests outside the group RSVP?

For a public event, the invite link lets people RSVP from the web without the app; see the event invites page.

Where does a widget live?

In the group chat, as a live card everyone can tap, and on the group’s board when someone pins it. Both surfaces show the same object; a change on one lands on the other instantly.

Does everyone in the group need the app?

To use the widget in the chat, yes. Several widgets also have a browser version on this site that works with no account, linked from this page when one exists.

Put a rsvp in your group chat

SparkChat is the group chat where this is a live card everyone can tap, and a tile on the group board when it is pinned.
